Hey guys I’m Taylor Scavo and my blog is based on food and fitness. Because I am a freshman at Chapman University, I am gearing this blog toward Chapman students that live on campus, however, I encourage all readers. I’m majoring in Kinesiology and I’m pumped to share information on my two favorite passions: nutrition and exercise! My goal is to improve the health of Chapman students by writing on one nutrition tip per week. I plan on alternating between food and fitness tips for each week as well. If you have any questions or concerns with the information that I discuss, please comment and I will respond to your feedback. I’m open to suggestions for nutrition topics so if anyone would like me to write a blog post on a certain food ingredient or aspect of fitness, I would be glad to give some insight on their desired topic.
